You are welcome to book your pets in for less time, or to pick them up early, however the minimum booking charge will still apply

• A minimum of 4 days booking charge applies at Christmas-New Year, Easter & school holidays

• A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required when making your booking:

       $25 for less than 4 days, $50 for 4 to 9 days, and $100 for 10 days or over

FAILURE TO PAY A DEPOSIT WITHIN SEVEN DAYS WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR BOOKING
